Retractable Awnings in San Antonio

I had an issue with one of my motorized shades . After listening to expert and gracious phone advice by Tony , I was able to get the shade operational . This saved me a service call. Several years ago I had a large HD shade replaced under warranty. The personnel has always been kind , informative , knowledgeable and great to deal with . Definitely best in class !

We had such bright afternoon/early evening sun as you can see from the shadows in this picture. Our new shades, a mix of motorized on the 2nd story and non-motorized below, have made our living room and kitchen usable again! Thank you, Jhett and Corbin, for making the process as smooth as possible.

Great to work with, professional when interacting with clients and very knowledgeable. Will continue to be my “go to” for clients!

If you are looking for a superb selection of window coverings with the "best-ever" customer support, look no further...Texas Shade Factory is for you! From expert assistance in helping us select and install the "right" shades for a renovation project in 2017 to navigating a technology issue with one Honeycomb shade nine years later (today), visit with the folks at Texas Shade Factory and enjoy working with a high-quality company!

I highly recommend Texas Shade Factory. The customer service was white glove all the way and the price was right for the job. The installation person was amazingly friendly, and he did top-notch quality work! The owners did not just try to sell me, they were consultants from start to finish. I have a 100 year-old home, and they knew exactly what to do. Of course, the end product is high-quality. In the past, I had gone to a big box store, and not only was this less expensive, but the service and installation far surpassed the previous company.

Truly grateful for the help! They are professionals and sincerely nice people. Thanks!!!

From measurement to install, Texas Shade crew were professional, friendly and efficient! The consultation was great to help us choose the ideal style and fabricate our waiting area needed for our office! Experience makes the difference and these guys know what they are doing! Best choice for custom shades :)

This place was very helpful to us. The store was really beautiful and welcoming as well as customer service was awesome. I loved the time I was there.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sandi and Jhet to replace the shades in our bedroom and bathroom with true blackout shades, as well as install beautiful drapes in our master bedroom. Everything was completed perfectly, and their customer service exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was their dedication to solving a problem that wasn’t of their making. Our builder failed to inform us that we needed a battery charger for one of the shades, but Jhet went above and beyond to track down the correct charger. He was determined to find the right solution so we could fully use and enjoy our shade. We highly recommend Texas Shade Factory for their quality workmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. We’ve already recommended them to several friends and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. As an added bonus, everyone on their team is incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with!
