Most projects take a few weeks from consultation to installation, depending on the product and customization. We'll give you a clear timeline during your consultation.

Do you install everything you sell?

Yes. Every exterior shade we offer is professionally installed by our in-house team. We do not sell products for DIY installation.

Do you work with smart home systems?

Yes. We install motorized exterior shades that integrate with systems like Alexa and Google Home, as well as app-based controls.

What brands do you carry?

We offer Hunter Douglas, Graber, Norman, Lafayette, Draper, Shade Sense Outdoor, Shade Revolution, and Alta.

Can you repair my existing exterior shades or awnings?

In many cases, yes — including motorized systems and products purchased from other companies.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sandi and Jhet to replace the shades in our bedroom and bathroom with true blackout shades, as well as install beautiful drapes in our master bedroom. Everything was completed perfectly, and their customer service exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was their dedication to solving a problem that wasn’t of their making. Our builder failed to inform us that we needed a battery charger for one of the shades, but Jhet went above and beyond to track down the correct charger. He was determined to find the right solution so we could fully use and enjoy our shade. Our experience with Texas Shade Factory was incredible from start to finish. We walked into the store without any specific ideas of what we wanted and Sandy was able to access our needs and offer us some great options. Jhett emailed a quote for the different options we were considering and came out to measure and provided color selection samples in the different rooms. We ordered a combination of blinds and shades and James did a great job on the installation.
